Fran - I found out about this campground from a friend of mine who visited there about five years ago, and I tent camped there in July 2005.
Campground Review
This campground is just plain beautiful. It is right on the Bay of Fundy in southwestern Nova Scotia, and it has lots of tide pools on the shore for the kids to explore. We put our kayaks into the water right in front of our site, and we walked across the street to the seafood market when we wanted lobster or scallops for supper. Although it is only a few minutes outside of the quaint town of Annapolis Royal, it feels far away from all the hustle and bustle of our daily life. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets and a clean, quiet, friendly vacation with these folks, and we've already made our reservations for next summer.

Management thinks customers are a pain.August 10, 2009By GBeaudoin
"We camped for about 50 days this summer and this campground had the worst value. Expect to pay a premium for sites with a better view and have to pay again for the privilege of a hot shower. The place is clean and sites well maintained - but I wasn't too pleased to hear the truck cleaning out the blue porta-potties next door at 9 AM. My complaints were rebuffed by management with remarks about how picky customers are and how they expect answers to their never-ending questions. Quote: ""This place has to make money or otherwise I'd convert it to half a dozen resort properties that Montrealers would snap up in a sec."" Customer service was downright unfriendly."
