Campground Review

Anastasia State Park had much to offer. It is situated within walking distance to the beach. The campsites were clean, and the bathroom/shower facilities were immaculate. We only stayed two nights, but wished we could have spent a whole week. There is so much to do. A must is to see the Fort, Lighthouse, and the Oldest Schoolhouse. The Large Oaks also gave ample shade. One word of warning, do not feed the squirrels. They will chew holes in your tent. They seem to be particularly fond of Banana Nut Bread. What an adventure.
