Campground Review

Dolly Copp is a great National Forest campground. There are over 175 sites in a number of loops in the forest and some in a field (big rigs) looking up towards Mt. Washington. This campground runs along the Peabody River, and from most sites you can hear the river as you sit outside your camper or sleep at night. There are a lot of hiking trails around this campground, and many use this as their base to climb Mt. Washington. It is especially beautiful when the leaves are turning in the fall. There are no showers, but the bathrooms are clean and the sites are private.
