Carl and Dana - We found this campground while my husband and I were riding around attempting to find a campsite near and around Jamestown. We found Maple Hill, and we RV camped there in November and December 2005.

Campground Review

The campground is in a rustic setting with a fishing pond. The background has a stable with horses walking around the entire property. Mr. Gay has a friendly dog by the name of Trigger, who has to visit each camper with a wagging tail and the cutest tilt to the head that says: "Do you have a treat for me?" While we were completing our moving out and selling our home, we came home each evening to a quiet, friendly homey setting. We enjoyed our stay there, and, if we ever go back near Kingsland, we will stay again at Country Oaks.
