Shannon - I found out about this campground in a RV show brochure, and I RV camped there in September 2005.

Campground Review

The people at Ramblin Pines are very friendly and courteous. They have a beautiful catch and release pond, fabulous heated pool, and for pet owners they have the best dog park. The dog park is a large lot enclosed by chain link fence where you can take your dog and let them run around off their leash so they can burn some of that stored up energy. They have a very nice stocked camp store for all those little things you may have forgotten. If you need bigger stores, they are just down the road a bit. This is a very quiet campground set a good ways off the main road to get in and sandwiched by farm land. The roads are paved, and the campsites are gravel. We go to Ramblin Pines at least twice a year and will continue to do so.

Not what it once wasSeptember 21, 2009By mdvr6
"Years ago this was a very nice campground which we enjoyed. Although now we've seen to many issues such as poor maintence. The campground ran out of water twice within 4 weeks. They close laundry facilities on weekends to conserve water and still run out. Sites are becoming muddy and not replaced with stone. Sewer or drain field smell abounds campground. Gentleman who claims to be the owner is completely rude and unprofessional looking; probably why most of the staff looks miserable. Just not what it used to be, needs a real change in management or ownership."
