Holly Carlson - I found this campground through an online search, and I RV camped there in June and July 2006.

Campground Review

This campground is in a mountain setting with a great climate. The owner and staff were very accommodating. This campground is very well-maintained and managed, and improvements are always ongoing while staff strive to meet every need. Facilities are clean and well-maintained. It's a great place for families, couples or individuals. Quiet time and pet rules are observed. It's in good proximity to all the great eastern Colorado parks and sights. It's off the beaten path without nearby RR Tracks, but only 20 minutes to groceries, etc.

A gem in the foothills of the Rockies, Member davec101

Was only going to stay one night but stayed a week because of the campground's beauty and the great staff. The campground is beautiful, secluded and quiet. Everything I expected and more. The staff and owner were very helpful and understanding, even while I had to do some repairs on my Jeep. Each time I'm back in the Colorado Springs area, this will be my campground of choice. For those who want a place that's secluded, quiet and incredibly beautiful, I sincerely recommend Mountaindale.
