By David Sweet, About.com

I found out about this campground from their Web site, and I RV camped there in 2006.

Describe your camping trip:

There is no golf course. The kids' play area is way out of date. Pool hours are too short, and the office staff will talk about you when you're not there. They have a rule for overnight, weekly campers but not for their seasonal sites, such as scooter and so on. I'm going to stay at Tom's Cove next year. I heard it's a nice campground, so I drove through. It looked a lot better than Maddox, and there's more to do there.
Pros: none

Cons: It's nothing like it looked on their Web page.

Further comments:

Good, if you are just going to put up a tent for the night, or you are older and just want to stay in your trailer.
