By David Sweet, About.com

I found out about this campground on an outing with a local camping group, and I RV camped there in June 2005.

Describe your camping trip:

American Heritage is a large campground, and it's very crowded.
Pros: Close to Colonial Williamsburg.

Cons: Crowded and campsites are close together.
Nearby attractions: Williamsburg, Yorktown, Jamestown

Further comments:

I would not stay there again.
