I found out about this campground when my fiancee had brought me up there for camping with his family. I tent camped there in August 2005.

Describe your camping trip:

This campground was great compared to lots I've been to before. It's in the middle of basically nowhere, though a convenience store with ATM is 10 minutes down the road. The wash house (very important for females to have access to flush toilets) is very well-kept and includes showers and large basin sinks for laundry, dishes and other uses. There are also nearby pit toilets for use in addition to the wash house.
Pros: the greatest perk is that peace and quiet surround you.

Cons: none
Nearby attractions: surrounding the campground are sweeping mountain views and beach access to Webb Lake, which is great for swimming and boating.

Further comments:

The campground offers canoe and kayak rentals for those wanting to peruse the area via water. (recommended)
