I found out about this campground on the Web, and I RV camped there in August 2006.
Describe your camping trip:
I had a super time. The campground has been KOA for 35 years, and it is well-maintained. They have a new pool and hot tub, the spaces are wide, and they have 30- and 50-amp sites. Internet access with Wi-Fi is free. I was going to stay for just one night and ended staying three. For an overnight park I was amazed how many people reside there full time. It's great to drive into an RV park and feel welcome. All the people were friendly and extremely helpful.
Pros: lots of activities locally, great setting, nice little community.
Cons: none
Cons: none
Nearby attractions: Black Canyon Fossil and Gem Mining Company
