I found out about this campground from our son who had visited previously, and I RV camped there in August 2006.
Describe your camping trip:
This campground was recently paved, and it is well-maintained. There are excellent mountain bike trails. We stayed four nights at site 392. It took a bit to level the 30-foot RV, but it wasn't too bad. The pit toilet facility was a bit too close, but it was still a great site.
Pros: staff was excellent.
Cons: none
Cons: none
Nearby attractions: T.C. Steele State Historic Site and Yellowwood State Forest
Further comments:
A very nice park.
