I found out about this campground from a review I saw on the Internet, and RV camped there in August 2006.

Describe your camping trip:

This campground has beautiful, spacious, very private, and very quiet campsites with covered table and burn ring. They also have a friendly, helpful staff. By the way, you pronounce Quitaque like "Kitty Kway."
Pros: Caprock Canyons has excellent facilities for equestrians, or you can rent a horse and a guide.

Cons: nothing except it spoiled us.
Nearby attractions: Caprock Canyon is amazing, prettier than Palo Dura just not as large.

Further comments:

This place will be hard to beat.
