Describe your camping trip:
We attended the "Autum Adventure Weekend" in mid-October. It was awesome. The campground hosts a Halloween-type extravangaza with contests, food, karoke, hayrides, ponyrides, costumes, parades, movies and more. They offer a discounted rate on their cabins. It's the best weekend my family has ever had together. We decorated our cabin, got dressed up, went trick-or-treating and more. It even snowed.
Pros: Everything was great from the kind and helpful staff to the great facilities. The cabin was heated, and heated well. It was very cold outside at night. We were very cozy inside. Everyone there had a great time.
Cons: The campground was booked full. Checking in was a little crazy. Lots of people getting there at the same check-in time. I recommend the express check-in that they offer.

Nearby attractions: Enchanted Forest/Water Safari, but it's closed after Labor Day. We were so busy during this event that we didn't need to leave the campground.

Highly recommended campground. We made our reservations for the 2007 event before we left.
