I found out about this campground on the Internet, and I RV camped there in October 2006.

Describe your camping trip:

Very nice wooded and open space campground with lots of amenities and activities.
Pros: location and activities for kids.

Cons: gravel pads were hard on our dogs feet.
Nearby attractions: Hagerstown Outlets, Antietam Battlefields

Further comments:

This is mine and my 8-year-old son's favorite campground for a weekend trip. We have been going there for years both tent camping and now in our travel trailer.

I Really enjoyed the campsite. The staff was always available and always there to answer questions. Plenty of activities for my granddaughter. Campsites clean, big open for the big rig. Never a dull moment for all ages. The only thing that I didnt like...kids in the pool were very disrespectful to others. Parents let some kids bring swords into the pool???? Also, my neighbor campers with dogs were letting the dogs go to the bathroom at the campsites, even if the dog only went pee it is still in the grass where the little kids play. But, I didnt let this spoil my trip.
