I discovered this campground by accident while looking for the interpretive trail along Ludlow Creek. I RV camped there in August 2006.
Describe your camping trip:
A fabulous setting in the trees. You have to work hard to see a neighboring campsite. The park is kept very clean and orderly. The restrooms with showers are spotless. We left for several days at a time while leaving our rig there. Absolutely nothing was touched. This is what we expected as we know the manager keeps close watch on the facility.
Pros: It is clean, private and close to a lot of wonderful facilities. The Victorian seaport of Port Townsend is only half an hour away.
Cons: Nothing. This is not the usual RV park.

Nearby attractions: The resort at Port Ludlow, Port Townsend, Olympic Peninsula, Hoh Rain Forest, and Hurrican Ridge.
Further comments:
A great getaway that is within two hours of Seattle.
