Campground Review from Carly

Guide Rating - rating
I found out about this campground from their Web site, and I RV camped there in July 2006.

Describe your camping trip:

The campgroung was OK, and the bathrooms and pools were clean, even though we felt like we were kicked out at checkout. It was an OK stay except for the dirty beach. They allow the campers to leave their stuff on the beach overnight. There were tents, chairs, and toys mixed with garbage everywhere. It was hard to find a place that wasn't trashed to put your chair. It was very embarrassing.
Pros: Clean bathrooms, two pools.

Cons: Unfortunately, the campers. The beach was trashed. I was embarrassed to sit in the middle of all that trash. Everyone that walked by would stare and shake their heads.
Nearby attractions: The beach

Further comments:

They should enforce policy requiring guests to remove all articles/trash from the beach area everyday.
