I found out about this campground in The Milepost Alaska guide, and I cabin camped there in June 2006.
Describe your camping trip:
This is a beautiful campground on the Nenana River near the southern boundary of Denali. It is out of the congestion that has developed around the entrance to the park. The resort has RV and tent camping, or you can rent a cabin or tent.
Pros: owned by an Alaskan family that lives on the premises, extremely clean, reasonable prices.
Cons: can't think of any.
Cons: can't think of any.
Nearby attractions: Denali State Park and Denali National Park
