High Rock Lake Marina and Campground, Lexington, North Carolina

I found out about this campground from a friend of mine who had rented a cabin. I RV camped there in October 2006.

The campground is very family friendly and clean. Super employees, friendly and helpful. They even deliver firewood to your site.

Pros: Located on second largest lake in North Carolina. Clean, friendly, beautiful location.

Cons: We could not find anything wrong with our stay at this beautiful campground.

Nearby attractions: Nascar, Bass Pro Shop, Childress Winery, NC Zoo Flea Markets, Antiques

Further comments:

I wish we had planned on staying longer. You can bet we will spend our entire vacation at this campground next year. We already have reservations for our motorhome, and our friends have reserved a cabin.
