I found out about this campground in a brochure, and I RV camped there in August 2006.

Describe your camping trip:

Worst camping we ever had. Also, when we complained, we received every excuse. I also called the owner and emailed, and I never once had a chance to speak to them. The construction was unbelievable, and the noise was horrific at the site. The compressor was going all day. We should have been refunded our money, since the construction should not have been done during the summer season.
Pros: nothing

Cons: Pools were crowded, staff always looked like you were bothering them, and kids were left unsupervised breaking the rules. We were placed to camp next to a seasonal, which is normally fine. At this time for our whole time there, they were doing major construction building a four-season porch. The park rules clearly state that it needs to be done off season. We were awoke by saws, radio men talking, swearing, and hammering.

Further comments:

We were never given any reasons for the violations or apologies or even a phone call or email. We tried more than a dozen times on the phone and email.
