I found out about this campground on the Internet, and I RV camped there in February 2007.
Describe your camping trip:
Campground and restroom facilities OK, but run down and patched together. No access to water, only run down docks.
Pros: Quiet.
Cons: We were camping in a pop-up. First they put us in a site with 36-foot RVs on both sides of us so we felt like we were in a canyon. They moved us to a spot that was so sandy we could not get our camper level. Third spot near the road was very noisy.

Nearby attractions: Small town of Cedar Key is very quaint and friendly. I would like to go back to this town.
Further comments:
The Web site for this campground is very misleading. Many of the pictures are not accurate. They show a beach, but there is none. They show a pool and club house, but we could not find one. We planned to go back there for two nights later in the week, but did not. We could not get a refund of our money, so we lost about $100.00.
