I found out about this campground utilizing the brochure sent to me from Ohio's Tourism Bureau 1-800-BUCKEYE. I RV camped there in June 2005.
Describe your camping trip:
Indian Lake is a marvelous campground with wooded and spacious premium campsites in a lovely setting. Various tiny islands scattered throughout this man-made lake even hold small cabins. We camped with friends and took our boats along as well.
Pros: The premium campsite we reserved had a boat tie-up directly at our campsite. It was located at the end of a lovely cul-de-sac with lots of trees and a view of the lake, not far from the beach.
Cons: When you take your boat out, you aren't guaranteed a tie-up upon your return since they are first-come, first-served. However, the park also has a marina and boat launch, if your tie-up is used by another boat. Also, the lake is very shallow, and we bent our propeller.

Nearby attractions: Some of our party enjoyed the sandbar in Indian Lake where many people anchor their boats and swim. Fast food restaurants are located nearby as well as Mac-O-Chee Caverns.
Further comments:
We definitely want to return but will learn to reserve those premium sites far in advance.
