A friend told us about this campground, and we RV camped there in March 2007.

Describe your camping trip:

The campground is one of the best state park campgrounds in the area. My wife and I camp in a pop-up camper, and we can either plug in or go primitive.
Pros: Clean, golf course at location, lodge for (cheap) meals, town close for supplies, clean bathrooms, laundry. Full service sites. Beach, boat and bike rentals, nature paths.

Cons: sites are not very level.
Nearby attractions: A great golf course and packages available for golf and camping.

Further comments:

Very nice place just to relax.
