I knew about this campground because I had been there many times before, and I tent camped there in August 2006.

Describe your camping trip:

This campground kicks *#@! It is not far off the highway but far enough to still feel like camping. The beach is just over the dune, so the ocean breeze is always blowing. The campsites are large, level and not too close to your neighbors.

Pros: The location, the scenery, the beach, and the proximity to a grocery store.

Cons: You have to make reservations pretty far in advance. There's no campsite guarantees until you get there.
