I found this campground searching Google for Delaware River campgrounds, and I tent camped there in May 2007.
Describe your camping trip:
The campground provides waterfront sites right by the Delaware River as well as grassy sights and shaded sites with plenty of trees. It is however very busy, and it seems to cater to larger groups. Various sites had over 10 people camped out in them. Although it clearly stated in the rules handout that there is a quiet time between 11 pm and 6 am, there were various groups playing very loud music into the morning hours, without any of the campground staff doing anything to stop it. My family and I were very disappointed in the fact that this was permitted to happen at the cost of those wanting to get a good night's sleep.
Pros: Waste bin at every campsite, individual male/female portable toilets with hand soap and water for hand washing, 2.5 hour drive from New York City.
Cons: Very noisy, few drinking or cooking water sources, pool not open.

Further comments:
The campground itself is very attractive and situated in a beautiful area, however I will say that I will not be returning to this campground anytime soon.
