I found out about this campground from relatives who camped there last year, and I tent camped there in June 2007.

Describe your camping trip:

This is a small campground with a small beach and lake across the street, perfect for canoeing.
Pros: It was very clean. The sites in the back section were nice, large and wooded.

Cons: The owner was unfriendly and rude, beginning when we called to make our reservation, through our stay and at checkout. There were too many seasonal sites towards the front - a bit like camping in a trailer park.
Nearby attractions: Wolfeboro

Further comments:

If it wasn't for the unfriendliness of the owner, we would definitely have gone back there again and again and referred our family and friends. Too bad for them.

"The campground was clean. The owner and the people who worked there were very rude and acted as if we were an imposition. Will not visit there again."
