I found out about this campground on the Internet, and I RV camped there in June 2007.

Describe your camping trip:

My husband, daughter and dog arrived on 6/18/07 and left on 6/28/07. We camped in a pop-up camper on site #19, which had a wonderful large wooden deck. The campground was beautifully landscaped and clean with a beautiful view of the mountains. We stayed very busy sightseeing and visited downtown Asheville twice. The Biltmore Estate is very close by and is a must see.
Pros: Staff was very friendly. Stormy and his wife Ande manage the campground. They made us feel very welcome, like a second home. Campground and facilities are very clean. It is pet friendly. Almost everyone had a dog. They have private bathrooms/showers, and we never had to wait. Scenic attractions are nearby. Very quiet and peaceful.

Cons: none
Nearby attractions: Biltmore Estates, Town of Asheville, Linville Falls, Grandfather Mountain, Little Switzerland, Mt. Mitchel.

Further comments:

We would definitely come back to this campground.
