I found out about this campground on Reserve America, and I tent camped there in June 2007.

Describe your camping trip:

Beautiful pond and setting. We were a family of four - kids 12 and 14.
Pros: Beautiful pond, wooded sites with water access, nice beach with lifeguard, nature programs, very clean bathrooms.

Cons: There are only four hot showers for men and four for women in the entire campground - 163 sites. Even on Monday there was a line. The brochures and reservation Web sites don't tell you this. There is one bathroom in each loop with two toilets and a sink but no hot water.
Nearby attractions: Batting cages in Bridgeville, NY.
