I found out about this campground on the Internet and from friends, and I RV camped there in September 2007.

Describe your camping trip:

Clean campground with a lovely view. It is neatly cared for and mowed, and trash pick up is good.
Pros: The peacefulness and cleanliness.

Cons: Parked too close together. Felt cramped. Not enough shade where we parked, but other sites were better.
Nearby attractions: Crozet Park is beautiful. There is a pick-your-own apple orchard. Great apples.

Further comments:

I wrote down the sites I liked best, and if I went back, I'd pick one of those sites. However, I like more of a country spot where you are not so close together. That is my only complaint. It was beautiful, clean, peaceful, lovely view. Now the ones on top of the hill were different. It was more crowded and seemed kind of scattered about. Not a place I'd want to be.
