A friend who ate at the lodge recommended this campground. I RV camped there in June 2007.

Describe your camping trip:

The campground consists of nine cabins, tent sites and RV pull-throughs. There is a large showerhouse. The lodge contains a bar and small cafe, which has excellent food.
Pros: Very clean campground. The owners are very friendly and helpful. There is a volleyball court and horseshoes for the young at heart. There are lots of walking trails and trails for four wheelers and dirt bikes. This campground is only in its second year of operation.

Cons: none
Nearby attractions: Mt. Rushmore, Deadwood, Sturgis, Devils Tower, Crazy Horse, Spearfish Canyon.

Further comments:

This campground is located in a beautiful area, wildlife is plentiful, and the campground is very quiet.

Great place, Member propower418

A co-worker and I stayed there in May of 2010 for some ATVing and I loved it so much I went back out there a few months later on my motorcycle and stayed again (I'm from WI) The place in new, clean, quiet, good food and most of all great people that run it. Being a beer drinker it's not a big deal to me but the bar is beer and wine only, no booze. Other than that it's a great place to stay. Will be staying there again this Sept.
