A friend who ate at the lodge recommended this campground. I RV camped there in June 2007.

Describe your camping trip:

The campground consists of nine cabins, tent sites and RV pull-throughs. There is a large showerhouse. The lodge contains a bar and small cafe, which has excellent food.
Pros: Very clean campground. The owners are very friendly and helpful. There is a volleyball court and horseshoes for the young at heart. There are lots of walking trails and trails for four wheelers and dirt bikes. This campground is only in its second year of operation.

Cons: none
Nearby attractions: Mt. Rushmore, Deadwood, Sturgis, Devils Tower, Crazy Horse, Spearfish Canyon.

Further comments:

This campground is located in a beautiful area, wildlife is plentiful, and the campground is very quiet.

Mystic Hills in highly recommendedAugust 26, 2009By cheryldull
"We live in Wisconsin and traveled to South Dakota to ATV. Mystic Hills is right on the trails. Steve (owner) suggested routes for us everyday to ride. The campground was very clean, quiet, and rustic. Great food and free showers to guests. I will definately stay there again and would recommend it to everyone. Other campgrounds are right on the highway, very open and get alot of highway noise."
