I found out about this campground on the Internet, and I tent camped there in July 2007.

Describe your camping trip:

The people working there were rude and unhelpful. The morning I was packing up the tent and belongings, the rain was constant. My family, 4 children, ages 9 to 1 year old and my wife stayed with me as long as they could. When the wind picked up, my wife took the kids to the general store to get the kids out of the rain until I was done. The person working there had the indecency to ask my wife and kids to leave because they were loitering. Wy wife complained to them and tried to explain they were waiting for me to finish. They did not care. The sign says family camping, but do not believe it.
Pros: Close to home.

Cons: Rude behavior by workers. Not family friendly. The sites are very small.
Nearby attractions: Midland, Michigan.

Further comments:

I would not recommend this campground to families with small children.
