I have been camping here for 45 years give or take a year or two, and I tent camped there in July 2007.

Describe your camping trip:

My mom and dad used to take us kids camping at this state park every summer. I now camp here with my husband and kids. We love it. The lake is crystal clear, the sites are large, the bathrooms are clean and the staff is friendly.
Pros: Large sites and clean bathrooms. Electric aned water is now available, which is a wonderful thing.

Cons: When it rains, there is no place for the water to go, so there is major puddling.
Nearby attractions: Lots or attractions right on the lake. I would recommend bringing (or renting) a boat as the lake is the main attraction.
