I found out about this campground in Woodall's camping book, and I RV camped there in July 2007.

Describe your camping trip:

I have camped here many times over the years.
Pros: Fishing lakes are great. Many activities, hayrides on Thursday, great gospel music and popcorn follows afterwards on Saturday nights. Sunday service and children's service. The owners and workers are very nice and helpful. Everyone that camped seemed to be friendly with one another. Love camping here.

Cons: Can hear turnpike traffic, but with everything else to do and once in our RV we could not hear the turnpike noise.
Nearby attractions: Large Coffee Pot and gift shop, Bison Farm, Gravity Hill, Flight 93 and a lot of history to be found in Bedford.

Further comments:

I love everything about Friendship Village.

A great camping experience, Member Elainesquilting

We are new to camping and this was our first place to camp. It was clean and well kept. The staff was very nice and helpful. The weekend we were there they were making cider and apple butter which was wonderful. We already made reservations for this coming fall. Lots to see in the area.
