I stayed at this campground in previous years when it was owned by a different party. I tent camped there in August 2007

Describe your camping trip:

A mid-vacation stay for three nights with a group of family members.
Pros: This campground has clean facilities, although you will pay for everything.

Cons: Arrogant, confrontational, disrespecful management/owners. Watch what is happening around you, you may need that information. Total lack of safety when using mowing and motorized equipment around very young children using playgrounds and other play facilities. Very, very dangerous.
Nearby attractions: Very scenic historic Pictou area. Well worth the exploration.

Further comments:

All will be well until your money is received. This campground is unlikely to be in business in the near future and can be best catorgized, under this owner, as an absolute joke. Be very careful how you pay for your site. Be very mindful of children using facilities at this location. Dangerous maintenance practices, an accident waiting to happen. In our over 30 years of camping and RVing, we have never been treated with such disrespect.
