I found this campground Googling, and I tent camped there in September 2007.
Describe your camping trip:
Everyone from the staff in the front office to visitors to the long term residents were friendly. Extra mention goes to the couple that was leaving just as I arrived who left me their leftover firewood so I wouldn't have to buy any.
Pros: The facilities were very nice. The modern convenience areas, such as washing machine, bathrooms and showers, were centrally located for easy access to all.
Cons: none
Cons: none
Nearby attractions: I didn't visit them. I had enough entertainment just being there.
Further comments:
If you're a hardcore camper, this might not be rustic enough for you. If you're just a weekend warrior like me, it's just fine. I believe it was the Buck Creek Market, which is located very near the campground that offered some very high quality, reasonably priced meats for your grilling needs.
