Bryn Mawr Ocean Resort, St. Augustine, FloridaCampground Review from WalterGuide Rating - ![]() I live in central Florida, and I RV camped there in March 2003. Describe your camping trip:This campground is located directly on one of the best beaches on the east coast of Florida.Pros: Campground has direct access to the beach. The front row sites are fair size with an excellent view overlooking the dunes, beach and ocean with gate access. Some sites have a raised, covered picnic area. Cons: When it rains hard, it can become a mud and water park. Sites are paved, but some flood during a good rain storm. The modulars are taking over the camp sites. The road to the sites can be very narrow in the corners, but the staff provide assistance in going to and parking at the sites. Nearby attractions: central Florida. Further comments:This was one of our favorate RV parks for four years, but getting reservations became difficult, and the rain problems turned us off.Related ArticlesCampground Review - Ocean Lakes Family Campground, Myrt...Campground Review - Bryn Mawr Ocean Resort, St. Augusti...Campground Review - Assateague State Park, Berlin, Mary...Campground Review - Ocean Lakes Family Campground, Myrt...Dreams Los Cabos Resort and Spa: profile for families o... |
