Describe your camping trip:
Cons: As of this writing, there are a few sites that are closed due to all the rain we had a few months back.

We recently spent the weekend at the Wild Plum Campground. While it was a very nice area... free from litter and such... it did only hold one bathroom... which was kept clean most of the time. I wish we would have been warned about the hike to the campsite... we would have thought twice... especially after making trips to the parking lot to unload. I might add the parking lot did not have enough spots to accomodate all the vehicles so some of us had to park down by the boat dock.. which was another hike... UPHILL! Our campsite was most definitely the Best! Beautiful view of the lake...however... it was at least a 1/4 mile hike... one way and it took us 3 trips!!! Needless to say we slept good from all the exercise.. and those obnoxiously loud boy scouts finally did settle down. The swimming beach was beautiful... and the lady at the Park Store... Bobbi.. was the friendliest person in the whole park. We enjoyed the sunsets most of all... but as much hiking as we had to do in 3 days.. we will be sore for days to come. Dont think we will go there in the futur.e.. getting too old or out of shape..
