I found out about this campground on the Internet, and I RV camped there in May 2007.

Describe your camping trip:

Family trip to Florida. Campground sounded good on-line. Wish I'd read reviews of the park before making reservations.

Pros: Location - about 40 minutes from Orlando attractions.

Cons: Just about everything. One of the two pools (the one closest to our site) was closed for repairs. Showers were gross, so we didn't use those. Downed tree limbs and debris laying all over the place. Very noisy no matter where you were in the park. Traffic from the highway kept us awake. Neighbors in the next campsite told us a restaurant across the street was robbed at gun point the night before and that the crime rate in the area was staggering. Left there early. Didn't feel safe. Won't go back there ever.

Do yourself a favor and always check for campground reviews by RVers before you make reservations. You'll save yourself a lot of aggravation and enjoy your vacation more.
