I found out about this campground on the Internet, and I RV camped there in October 2007.
Describe your camping trip:
We had headed out for Fall Creek Falls, and it was jammed full when we got there. We checked the Internet and found a KOA campground in Crossville, TN. I was disappointed when we first arrived, because there were very few trees. However, once we got settled we were very pleased with the cleanliness and friendliness of the groundskeepers and managers. We stayed three nights, and they charged us $35 for the first two nights and gave us the third night free. The campsites had a picnic table, water, electric and fire ring. Some campsites also had sewer hookups. There are also cabins available.
Pros: We really appreciated the individual baths. By that I mean that each private bathroom had a shower, toilet and sink with liquid soap at your disposal, so that you had total privacy for your grooming needs. It was spotless. The roads and campsites are gravel, and each site has a nice little patch of green grass for your picnic table.
Cons: It would have been nice to have had a few trees for shade.

Nearby attractions: There is not a lot for kids to do, but it is an excellent jumping off place to visit Fall Creek Falls State Park and other parks in the area. Plenty in Crossville to do including Cumberland County Playhouse.
Further comments: I would recommend this KOA campground in Crossville, TN. I would definitely stay there again.
