I found out about this campground from friends, and I RV camped there in August 2008.

Describe your camping trip:

First of all, we were greeted at the gate and lead to our campsite. This was very nice as it was our first time at this campground. The people were so accommodating. They couldn't do enough for us. They told us about their canoe trips, which we took advantage of, as well as so many other activities they had. We met the whole staff and everyone was wonderful. I have to say this was the most unforgettable experience we have ever had camping.
Pros: Playground, canoe trips, pool, gatherings, hayrides, laundry, full hookups, camper storage, camp store and much more.

Cons: Not a lot of trees.
Nearby attractions: antique shopping, nearby Harrisburg, beautiful scenery.
Further comments: The owners made you feel like family.
