This campground was recommended by a friend, and I RV camped there in April 2008.

Describe your camping trip:

Roads primarily stone. Difficult to maneuver around hilly portion of campground. Camp store well-stocked and fairly priced. Although sited in woods, does include large areas of open space. Features two pools, one for over-21 crowd, the other featuring a poolside snack bar. Mini-golf was cheap, unfortunately so was the condition of the course. Two-thirds of campground was filled with seasonal campers, which are packed in very tight. Ask to be placed in "The Hill." Cable includes HBO and Nickalodeon, no Disney. No Wi-Fi and no cell service available. Staff very friendly and helpful. Offered escort to site, if desired. Buy at least two bundles of firewood and get free delivery. Made reservation via Web site and got site for $30 a night instead of $40. Web site does not indicate where you will be parked when you make reservations. Not a Good Sam Club park.
