I found out about this campground from friends, and I RV camped there in August 2007.
Describe your camping trip:
Deer Trail Park is the best blend in camping. It has modern comforts (showers, pool, mini-golf, etc.) and still has that down-home feel of a traditional family campground. We go to Deer Trail Park every summer as many times as we can get off of work. It is a great place to get together with our friends from college over beer around the campfire and just having fun socializing with the regulars.
Pros: Rob and Sharon make Deer Trail Park a great place to camp. Bingo on Saturdays, live music on the big weekends, and just cool people relaxing over beer and a campfire. I can't say enough about it.
Cons: Besides the quick drive from Milwaukee, nothing.

Further comments: If you venture up to Deer Trail Park, be sure to stop by to say hello. We're at site 92, and we always have cold beer ready for old friends and new ones.
