Further comments: They screwed up my reservation for Memorial Weekend 2008. I made reservation by phone. A few days before I was to go camping, I called to confirm cabin number. To my surprise and extreme disappointment, they never made the reservation, but they did charge my credit card. They were unapologetic and could not care less about my ruined holiday weekend.
