I found out about this campground on About.com, and I tent camped there in May 2008.

Describe your camping trip:

This place was not nice at all. Campground was a total dump, tiny sites and no shade. No activities, unless you consider the grass covered basketball area. Sites are stacked, and I mean stacked on top of each other. I came here as a last resort on Memorial Day weekend (decided to go camping at the last minute), and I wish I stayed at home. I paid for two nights and only stayed one.
Pros: The pond, convenient fishing, great for kids.

Cons: Small, unshaded sites, no activities, misleading photos on Web site, overpriced for what they offer. Do not come here, if you're not a big RV fan, they're stacked on top of each other too.
Nearby attractions: Helen, Brasstown Bald, trails a few miles away.
Further comments: I do not recommend this campground at all.
