I found out about this campground on the Internet, and I RV camped there in August 2008.

Describe your camping trip:

It was a good place to camp, but many hills to go up and down.
Pros: The location was nice. They had a very nice pool and gift shop.

Cons: I really did not like the showers. They were the kind where you need to keep pushing buttons to keep water running.
Nearby attractions: The gorge and Old Man’s Cave.
Further comments: If you go here, you will want to try to see the caves and gorge with the falls in early spring, otherwise everything is dried up. If you go to Logan City, don't go on Monday, everything was closed.

So much to see!March 20, 2009By PatriciaGardner
"Hocking Hills State Park is a simply wonderful place. There are so many beautiful scenic trails within the park system. It is like being transported to a different world. The campgrounds are good and are kept clean. We go there every Easter ( the waterfalls are the best in the spring) with a friends and family group and would not miss the beauty of spring budding out, the wildflowers, wildlife and so much amazing scenery. We have been coming there ofr many years now and always see ""something new"". Some of the trails, like the ones at Cantwell Cliffs are a bit rugged, but mose are quite managable. If you go there once, you will HAVE to go back again."
