I found out about this campground in the AAA book, and I RV camped there in September 2008.
Describe your camping trip:
Absolutely the best. The owners are very nice and helpful. Not only did they deliver firewood right to our site, but they assisted us with sites to see in the area. The campground and facilities were kept very clean, and the grounds were well maintained.
Pros: The rules and map of the campground were given and reviewed as we checked in. The sites are large enough to give you a sense of privacy and spaced throughout the property. Very spacious!
Cons: They weren't open September 30 for the changing of the leaves.

Nearby attractions: The historic town of Pictou, the beach, Prince Edward Island Ferry.
Further comments: I would highly recommend this family campground. The Nova Scotians are the friendliest people we have met during our travels.
