I found out about this campground in the Ohio State Parks Guide, and I tent camped there in June 2008.

Describe your camping trip:

I visit new campgrounds in Ohio each year. It was 10 years since I was here last. he campground has been remodeled (bathhouse, laundry, camp store). Very nice! Staff very friendly.
Pros: Campsites are wooded and spread out. I had a lakeside site. This place is a fisherman and boaters paradise. It is the most visited of the Ohio State Parks.

Cons: Better visit during the week, as it fills up by Thursday afternoon.
Nearby attractions: Close to Akron and Cleveland.
