We found out about this campground from friends who visit there often, and we RV camped there in May 2009.

Describe your camping trip:

The campground was beautiful. They recently put water into every one of their 55 sites. You also have the option of 30 amp or 50 amp hook ups. We have a 40 foot RV, and there was plenty of sites that we could fit into. The rest rooms and showers were very clean. I enjoyed the close river access and well maintained trails. I also liked how the park was patrolled by a ranger. This is a very safe park.
Pros: Clean bath rooms and showers. Lots of room between sites. Able to accommodate large RVs. Very helpful staff.

Cons: No sewer hook up, but they do have a dump station.
Nearby attractions: Skagit River, North Cascades National Park Tours, a fish hatchery, and miles and miles of trails nearby.
Further comments: We already made reservations to come back.
