I found out about this campground on Woodall's, and I RV camped there in May 2009.

Describe your camping trip:

Excellent family campground with very nice setting at the base of the blue mountains of Pennsylvania. Just 11 miles off Route 81 at exit 37. We stayed there for the entire month of May, and it was well worth it. Some of the finest seasonal folks you'll ever meet.
Pros: New swiming pool just opened this May. Great events at the campground. The best is the owners, who go all out to make your stay there pleasant. Good catch and release fishing in the pond.

Cons: none
Nearby attractions: Kernal Denning State Park, US Army War College, Penn State Law School (Dickenson), town of Carlisle PA.
Further comments: If traveling north or south, it's worth the stop over.
