I found out about this campground researching online, and I tent camped there in June 2009.

Describe your camping trip:

My son and I tent camped one night on the way to Yellowstone National Park. Very nice facility with clean rest rooms and showers. They also had a nice gift shop and very knowledgable employees. They also sold tickets for local events like the rodeo, which my son and I went to.
Pros: Close to everything in Cody. Great rest rooms and showers. Close to restaurants. The Sunset House restaurant is within walking distance and serves a great breakfast.

Cons: Tent camping was a little noisy. Tent sites were close to the main road, and it was difficult getting to sleep with all the traffic noise. They do have a more secluded tent area, but there are only portable toilets there and no showers.
Nearby attractions: Cody Night Rodeo, Buffalo Bill Museum, 50 miles to Yellowstone, Buffalo Bill's Irma Hotel.
Further comments: Overall a great place to stay, especially if you are in an RV.
