Describe your camping trip:
Cons: Wi-Fi is not available at the sites yet, but you can get it in and around the office area (no charge). Sites are back-in, but most of them are large.
From David Sweet, former About.com Guide
My husband, myself, and our 9 children stayed here Oct. 2011. I actually found out about this campground at about.com campground reviews. After checking out their website, I was sure I had found the perfect family campground for us. There were 22 RV campsites, all with W/E/S hook-ups, picnic tables, and fire rings or grills. Campsites were all well shaded. Some campsites were a little cozy, but we were able to fit our 35 ft camper and large tent ok. The retreat offers swimming, hiking, tennis, horseshoes, basketball, volleyball, frisbee golf, softball, 2 nice playgrounds, and campfire wood to campers at no charge. Camping fees are modest. Bathhouse was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the nice, clean air in the non-smoking environment! If you're looking for a quiet camping getaway in a nice, family environment, Williamsburg Christian Retreat Center is the place to go. We're looking forward to going back!
